Some of our industrial projects:

An on-going expansion of Cargill Foods - Charlotte, NC vegetable oils refinery facility. This project includes everything from fiber-optic networking and PLC control panel assembly to main power distribution and wiring of new eqipment. We also provide contract "on-staff" maintenance technicians.

We were an integral part in the building of a new automotive textile operation - Viscotec Automotive Products, LLC. This was a design/build project consisting of switchgear(s), power distribution, lighting, dye machines, finishing machines, dryers, tenter frames, etc. This is a continuously expanding project which Recore Electric is proud to contribute to its continuing success.

Installation of a complete dyeing and finishing operation in Cuatla, Mexico including 12 dye machines, a fully automated chemical and dye dispensing system, and tenter frames.

A 700,000 square foot dyeing and finishing plant for Outer Banks Textiles (now Sara Lee ) in Lumberton, NC. This complete building project included switchgear, power distribution, lighting, dyeing machines, finishing machines, dryers, tenter frames, and other associated equipment.

 


Our RCT Division offers the latest technology and services

We installed the largest "Intellicenter" motor control center in Allen-Bradley's history. This was only part of a 100 million dollar project that also included the world's largest air-laid non-woven paper machine.
